Who’s eligible?

• Businesses that contribute to California’s Unemployment Insurance (UI) fund

• Full-time, permanent employees (35+ hours/week)

• Priority given to industries like manufacturing, healthcare, IT, construction, and multimedia

• Reimbursement Rates: Up to $22.76 per hour, per trainee

• Training Hours: 8–200 hours per employee

• Retention Requirement: 90 days post-training
