CWA is a collaborative membership-based organization dedicated to advancing workforce excellence in California. Achieving that goal means designing strategic partnerships with educational institutions that are charged with making sure that learners are prepared to meet the demands of business in the world of work. Workforce Investment Boards and community colleges are a natural partner in tackling the tough workforce issues that California faces.

Join CWA—the association that has its pulse on the state of California’s workforce, creates statewide partnerships to address critical workforce issues, and builds the capacity of its members to excel at the local level in designing high impact workforce strategies. Ready to Become a Member?

For your convenience, CWA has launched online shopping to help streamline the the purchase of CWA memberships. The link below will prompt you to create an ID and password on our Learning Exchange portal and register your organization. (If you already have a profile, you will just need to log in.) Once you are registered and/or logged in, choose the membership level of your choice. Shopping cart options allow you to pay for your purchase with a credit card, or select “bill me” to receive an invoice and pay by check.  You will receive our a confirmation via email and will begin receiving benefits right away.
