Cancellations must be received via email to Monica Sobala by Friday, March 18th, 2011 to receive a refund and a $75 cancellation fee will apply. There will be no refunds or cancellations made after Friday, March 18th, 2011. Individuals that have not cancelled by that date may send another person in their place. No-shows will still be held responsible for the full registration fee.

CWA Spring Conference
The Workforce Investment Act provides the foundation through its system of Workforce Investment Boards and One-Stop Career Centers to address the workforce needs of all companies, both large and small. After twelve years of implementing the 1998 law in regions throughout California, much has been learned about what works and also about what can be done statutorily to better focus the system envisioned by Congress. The following report details CWA's WIA reauthorization recommendations.
